Horrible quality windows and doors. We spent over $21,000 to replace our windows and doors.
1. There was an internal scratch on one of the doors. They measured it for replacement. I drove 180 miles from my other home to meet the installer, and they had measured wrong. Completely wasted weekend. Had to reschedule.
2. Most of the gasket trim fell off. The installer blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer blamed the installer. They replaced it but it is falling off again.
3. One door we can not longer open. Completely locked up. I viewed a video online and the locks should line up vertically. They are all misaligned and will eventually lead to failure.
4. They left paper sticker residues on all of the doors and windows. Took many hours to clean.
