C2 Education was started more than twenty years ago by David Kim and Jim Narangajavana. In Boston, Jim taught SAT classes to local high school students on weekends. Both wanted access to the best colleges and universities, as they wanted the best for students. They decided to start a business together that helps high school students today to get into their dream schools. Founded in 1997, C2 began as a small SAT prep course at Harvard. C2 now has 180+ centers in fifteen states. Over 14,000 students are enrolled in tutoring, 1200 teachers, and 400 directors and co-ordinators. Our student results are the best in the last year. Students have been accepted into top schools, with $45 million in scholarships. Our programs are designed for students who want better GPAs and test scores. Most classes are not eight weeks long with 20 students. Nor do we provide a course full of online videos that can be accessed anytime. When you work with C2, you'll get to know your tutors, who will create a personalized course for you to achieve your goals. This is not always easy – it requires you and your family's time and effort to achieve the desired results.
