Scheduled tech to come and give quote to replace water heater. Thought rough verbal 'quote' too high but had 2nd thoughts and asked for written quote then was told since I initially said no that they did not want to waste their time writing a quote because I sent their tech away. I had explained cost was factor and they offered no discounts for seniors or veterans. Tech was very rude and condescending in response to my review on Yelp and he DID verbally say they couldn't do job under a certain amount. I asked because I am a senior vet. Tech resorted to name calling which is immature and not a very good business model. Found business is not BBB accredited. Their response speaks volumes.
