Creative Design Crew

DO NOT USE! Everything they claim they are is false. I sent $1190.00 expecting a website and a logo. They stated they were 100% money back guarantee but I have yet to receive my return after realizing this crew new nothing about design nor building web sites. I explained what I wanted in detail (practically designing the ideas myself) and they still came back with cookie cutter/google searched ideas that I could have completed myself on any "do it yourself" web design sites. After several attempts of explaining exactly what I wanted they never seemed to create a finishing product that I was even remotely happy with. I then asked for my money to be returned because we were wasting each others time. I even stated, "keep a couple hundred for our wasted time". I was told that would not happen since they are 100% money back guarantee and that my money would be returned. After weeks of asking about my money I received an email stating that they were out of office and when returned on Monday $700- $800 would be returned to my credit card. Allowing plenty of time for money to be returned and realizing this was not happening, I text and emailed again requesting my money. I would receive excuses as to "I am out of the office, I had a family emergency, I am on vacation". When I wrote my final letter to the company and everyone involved that I will pursue other actions if my money is not returned within 20 days, I received absolutely NO response. I have emails and texts to prove all of these transactions.

Honestly this company is the worst i have ever worked with. they take your money and run. I paid for a full website package over $5,000 and have received nothing from them except demands for more money to complete the project. I have purchased web domain, 10 years of web hosting, commercial video, full website with web files, logo , buisness cards and letterheads. I haven't received anything and its been over 2 years. I just received a call from them today stating that to cancel and receive the work that they have done I would have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE on work that's been paid in full! stay away from this company!

SCAM: I signed up and in less then 48hrs requested to cancel. They talk you up to a more expensive package acting like you are getting a special deal and then they do not allow you to cancel or receive refund (per their policy I am entitled to). They continue to refer to what I purchased and that I had unlimited revision options. They sent generic logos I could have created myself. I continued to explain my concerns, I was not happy with the service I was receiving and that I wanted to cancel. After many emails and phones calls they still have not submitted my request to cancel or offered my refund. Once I became frustrated that they would not give me my refund the line went dead. I have not heard back from the company.

This company could not have done poorer job of handling my request and problems. My requests were as follows Logo Design (which I GAVE THEM) they just made it pretty. Website build and design (which again i gave them). These guys charged just under $3000 dollars for everything including a hosting service that i cannot use. A website that i cannot use. a website that looks like shit (I made one on WIX with all the functionality and way better design for $40 a month.) The Creative Design Crew is a group of individuals that have absolutely 0 customer service or PR. They charge 100s of dollars fr things you can get for free. And to top it all off, after all of their failures they refused to refund me my money (even though they told me over the phone that it was the case.) The reason I'm told is because "we already paid our workers". Not my fucking problem!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be posting on every review site, on every corner so that everyone knows these guys are not worth your time, or money! @TheCreativeDesignCrew ... keep checking your mail! A letter should be arriving for you shortly.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! CANNOT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH-DO NOT USE! This company agreed to design a website and logo for me. After paying, what I thought was "in full", they are now requesting another $800 to migrate the website to me, and will not send the final logo without that money! Would have liked to give them a negative star rating!

I wish I had read the other reviews before getting involved with this company. It's a scam. They take forever to get anything done. The results are below average, and they continually ask for more money to move to the next stage. In the end, I still don't have access to my website since they sent me a bogus link, and the website is not completely functional at this point. Any web designer could have done a similar or better website in a few days for a fraction of the cost. The logos they "design" aren't creative at all, just images anyone can get from any online logo generator. This project has been dragging on for months now. The company just plain sucks.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! They will create an initial concept and then ask for more money. At the end of the process, they will ask you to register your logo with the "government" and then ask you for an additional $700. Please steer clear of this company!

**** BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM **** DO NOT USE They are the type of sketchy that have employees with American sounding names but clearly based in other countries. They are unethical and since its a scam, they treat you as a $. When they notice you catch onto the fraud, they begin retaliating and speaking to you in a way that if they were standing in front of you, it'd be a fight. Take this as a warning and DO NOT engage with these people or you will find yourself sending a payment directly overseas. This is a modern day scheme. But instead of them calling you about your extended warranty, you go to them.

Creative Design Crew out of San Diego California is a horrible Webpage design company!!! They are intentionally delaying my Website launch, trying to extort more money from me!!!!! Now I have to contact the FTC, the FBI computer fraud division, my attorney general, the sheriff and a half dozen other agencies to get a refund. When I contacted them, I was very upfront about my lack of Tech savvy and CLEARLY told them I want as little involvement in process as possible because I just do not understand the lingo, the process or the structure of the webpage. I just wanted a Webpage for my company to describe my services available to the public. During negotiations for the Logo & Website, it started out $500 for the logo and $5k for the website featuring videos of this and that, I clearly told them it was way out my budget, I just want a simple website, no video, not 25 pages of bullshit. I am a very small company and do not wish to convey that I can take on massive projects, as I mostly work alone. Long story shortened, miraculously, the price went down to $399 for the Logo, which I am happy with, $2k for the Website to which I was a bit disappointed with, but everything is getting more and more expensive, so I agreed. I clearly asked them if that was going to be the full price of the Website, to which he said yes it was. The next time I spoke to him, he was trying to chisel me out of THOUSANDS more for domain fees & keyword searches. They never informed of these charges in the negotiation process! I specifically asked if the $2400 is going to cover EVERYTHING!!!! I flipped out and stated my case that I was told the full price was already negotiated and settled. I certainly could've handled it better, but I dearly despise being swindled and deceived!!! Now, my Web page is not looking like a reality, it has delayed me by months with the design company dragging its feet. I have no other choice to seek legal mean for a resolution!!!! I've asked again and again for the final draft for approval, all I received was the same on they sent me WEEKS ago, when I made a few correction requests. All that was needed to finish the final draft was to delete one picture mistakenly inserted to the photo array, swap out another with a more accurate depiction of my equipment. Insert the wording of services I already approved. I'm at my wits end and have no more patience with these clowns. PLEASE, SHARE THIS POST, GET THEM ALL OVER THE INTERNET, THEY ARE RIPPING OFF A LITTLE GUY!!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are on you while trying to get your business but once you pay them they avoid you. It took over 3 months for me to get my logo, I paid for a big package that included multiple things, it has now been a year and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I worked with Matt Johnston and Alvin Davis and they are both dodging me. Customer service never answers or replies to chat or emails. 5 star reviews are fake! I will be writing a review on every page I find them, they are scammers!!!

I should’ve took note from the customer reviews. I’m a graphic designer, and they found me on Behance. I did a project for the company, claimed to be hired, and never got paid. I’ve been emailing and messaging the two that I was in contact with (Natasha Bree & Tommie Lamberta). I have yet to hear from them. I asked to cancel my employment and to send my payment for that first project I sent in. I still haven’t heard from them and I have yet to be paid for that project. Not only is this company scamming customers but they are also scamming “employees” to do the work for them. I will be going on every website, social site, and any other site leaving this review. I pray that no one ever goes through the hassle this company puts people through.

Total “bait and switch” tactics. Unethical upselling, lying about pricing. Just read the negative reviews. They are ALL true. Avoid these people like the plague.

They delivered the website I requested precisely, and when I opted to have their team handle the SEO for my website, I saw results on Google within the allotted time frame. They are extremely skilled at what they do.
