Also, Laurens has worked as chief marketing officer and executive creative director, and has contributed to casting TV programs for major networks. Laurens published his work of celebrities and fashion models as the Director of Photography as part of an 18-episode series FHM Magazine distributed to all major countries. As a result, Laurens' background in publishing has given him an acute eye for detail and a passion for deadlines. In the history of the media company, Laurens Antoine Studios has never missed a deadline, even when it seemed impossible. In 2012, Laurens relocated to San Diego and founded a photography studio to specialize in corporate headshots after experiencing the loss of magazines to cost-effective distribution and shrinking publishing budgets. The business continues to undertake commercial and editorial photography in San Diego, with a special emphasis on corporate headshots and food. Theatre headshots are also a specialty.
