ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Scott had the opportunity to learn everything about the hiring process while speaking to CEOs and studying LinkedIn. He spent his free time assisting his friends in securing their dream jobs and notable promotions by putting into practice the techniques he had learned. Scott's management saw how passionate he was for the training, and thus he decided to resign to start up The Job Sauce. Scott's reputation was allegedly worldwide, and he was the origin of The Job Sauce. The company joined hands with other industry players to expand the coaching staff under Scott's guidance amidst a surge in resume demand (The Job Sauce, 2019). To handle this demand, Scott sought the services of Erin Wold, a resume Guru known to friends and was an outgoing Chief People Officer. Erin was soon leaving her job to start up her company, SilkRoll, which aired in March 2019 on Shark Tank. Since she needed an additional income stream, Erin accepted the offer, and the results were astonishing for The Job Sauce. The team was growing rapidly, and structure was needed; hence Scott contacted Eric Fettner, his co-founder (Eventbrite) who had led the prosperous IPO September 2018 of Eventbrite's most profitable vertical. Despite being a founder for a company, Eric was eager to start a new firm, and he believed in a quality customer experience. To success, his team drove success from the customer's perspective and improved the quality of resumes (The Job Sauce, 2019). Bootstrapping the company needed staff; hence everyone concentrated on hiring the best. They saw a potential Chief of Staff in Jessica Campbell, a renowned facilitator for her seminar for a global training company. Jessica is well-known for her expertise in leading seminars on organizational transformations and performance management. She has discussed numerous topics ranging from leadership and integrity to cutting edge thinking technology.
