About this business

The Muscle Doc Method We help athletes worldwide to live longer, avoid injury, and enjoy what they do best. With a healthy mind and body, you can reach and sustain peak performance. I completed my Master's in Traditional Oriental Medicine in 2016. My medical education, which included the study of over three hundred herbs and complex formulas for modern diseases, was supplemented by Sports Medicine. My interest in Sports Medicine arose as a student intern at the San Diego Sports Medicine RIMAC Centre. Athletes who were patients in the clinic began to approach me for help, and that's when I discovered a new passion. My hands-on work with professional mixed martial artists and Olympic swimmers instilled in me a love for sports medicine that I carry with me today. The Muscle Doc Method emphasizes the importance of pre-hab exercises in preventing injuries and enhancing general health for all athletes. Chronic pain is a significant issue that many athletes face, and our workforce is skilled and educated in creating tailored sports injury treatment options for our patients. Each day, we have a single goal: to guarantee that our patients can continue playing. Then we help them recover quickly, allowing them to continue doing what they enjoy even more. Our bodies are beautiful machines, but we must maintain them so that they operate well. Excessive training, poor sleep, and stress all contribute to the breakdown of our systems, which keeps us from living life to the fullest. This leaves us wondering, what can we do to keep our minds and bodies well? To play your best, you must maintain your health, and that entails becoming a maintenance patient. Maintenance treatments are like a tune-up for your body. We deal with small issues as they arise to prevent larger problems and injuries down the line. We release the tension or stress that has piled up so that your body and mind can be in top shape, just like your car.
