WeLease is a full-service property management company in Southern California, and the company was created to support landlords, and agents. We opened our doors in January 2018, and that was all thanks to some great owners and referral partners. We now have over 200 doors open because we only have one concept: WELease, and you sell. WeLease is a real estate agent that refers clients to us. We have a written agreement in place that states when we close on a home, we will reach out to the client that referred them to us to tell them we closed. Our team has experience working with landlords, helping them find qualified tenants, collect rents, and protect their assets. Welease is a unique property management company because we want to change the way Property Managers are perceived in this industry.

We lease is the absolute worst property management team I’ve ever had in my renting years which adds up to 20 years. They do absolutely nothing! I live in a duplex and been here 5 years, we lease took over the property after I was here for 3 years with a different owner. When the property sold the new owners brought on we lease and my troubles began. I have so many examples of things they did which are on the verge of harassment. They brought in a new downstairs neighbor who is just as bad I honestly think they are friends of somebody from the property team. We lease posted a force entry notice on my door because the day they wanted to come into my house was a Friday which I work from home and Fridays are my busiest day I told them any other day would work but they didn’t care. The force entry notice was out on my door and guess what??? They never showed up that day causing me stress and loss of a work day. This was just one example. We lease also never listen to any of my concerns with the new downstairs neighbors which run the property however they want. Parking 6 cars in the lot when we are only supposed to be two I reported this with photos yet the neighbors still do it and get away with it. The neighbors have a dog that jumps fences and has attacked my dogs 8 times causing me vet bills of over thousands of dollars, the dog in question also destroyed my personal property. I had videos and photos of everything and we lease did nothing! The dog in question is still on the property like nothing ever happened. I have been harrased by the neighbors and we lease doesn’t listen to anything I say yet I’ll get notices of noise complaints that state the neighbors here is talking “voices” listed on notices with no date of when or examples or proof! It feels like we lease wants us to move so they can get more rent for our property cuz we were living here since before Covid. Once we lease took over the property after we been here for three years with no rent increases they started raising the rent every year even adding things like a $27 fee that is said to help us and they report that we pay our rent on time to credit bureaus (this is a lie I have yet to see any report.) we lease has also lost important personal paper work of mine multiple times and they ask us for copies again and again, where is my private personal paper work going? I would steer clear of this company if you can they do not do the yard work like the lease states but they will call you out on other parts of the lease. It cracked me up cuz they offer things like mortgage help for house buying I would laugh in thier faces cuz I would never work with them again or hire them to do anything for me. This is all 100% truth I have a whole binder full of problems I encountered with them it’s horrible! Also the change over in employees must be high cuz we have had at least four different people that were in charge of our house which is stressful when you have problems happening and you have to look for the right person to talk to. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if your a owner thinking about hiring them I would make sure you follow up with things they state they do for your property because in my experience stuff like yard maintenance is not followed threw so if your paying them for services I believe they are pocketing money and getting away with not doing their jobs! After the last issue on a phone call with them I told them we are trying to buy a house and move in the new year, then we get a notice of rent increase for the month of Dec stating they are going to start charging us pet rent after 5 years of living here and being on our way out this was just yet another example of how this company is. They stated the increase didn’t need a 30 day notice and they didn’t need us to sign a new lease and they can still add the pet rent to our monthly payment. I can not wait to move into our new home that we are buying and I would never ever work with we lease ever again and looking into my options for legal action against them. STAY AWAY
