Albion Power Company was founded to extend our commercial building traditions to our residential clients. We have a mixture of C-10 and C39 roofers and electricians required by residential solar installers. A commercial system is installed on pre-assembled racks. The racks are anchored with cantilevering and a bolt. The system is mounted on a metal roof and flashed with metal that is fabricated in our shop. The entire assembly is watertight. Our method is in compliance with the National Roofing Code. Beware of firms that do not adhere to this standard. This system is a piece of the roof, not an attachment. It is similar to renting from the utility, but production is owned, which the homeowner can monetize. This investment allows the homeowner to see a return on an otherwise unavoidable expense.
