Catharine Clark Gallery and BOXBLUR

In 1991, Catharine Clark Gallery commenced work displaying contemporary art from all genres. In response to every exhibition, the gallery produces new presentations that incorporate video and other time-based media. As its lead dealer, Catharine Clark Gallery is proud to represent an international roster of artists, including Stephanie Syjuco, Nina Katchadourian, Jen Bervin, Lenka Clay, Ana Teresa Fernandez Sandow Birk, Masami Teraoka, Marie Watt, Nina Katchadourian, and Jen Bervin among others. Mullowney Printing publishes and distributes authentic multimodal works, including ventures by Alison Saar and Marie Watt and Sandow Birk. The gallery has received great acclaim from Artforum, Art in America, and Hyperallergic. Major international institutions with the gallery's works in their permanent collections include the Tate and Whitney Museum of American Art. BOXBLUR was founded by Catharine Clark in 2016 when the company was established to encompass the visual and performing arts within the gallery. Rufus Wainwright and Catherine Galasso are some of the performers and artists who work with Catharine Clark.
