EHS Pilates

EHS is committed to the idea that strong communities are a necessary component of good individual health. We work hard every day to improve the quality of the neighborhoods in which we reside, teach, and take part. Our studio provides a variety of training programs, including Pilates teacher training certification and professional services, as well as continuing education for Pilates professionals. In addition to our virtual studio, we offer group classes, recurring sessions, private & duets, and special offerings such as Rehabilitative Pilates. Our instructors are all highly trained and will help you look and feel your best. Our diverse range of sessions includes foot and gait therapy, pre- and post-natal Pilates, gentle Pilates, and gentle Pilates.
