Bad service, rude, high pressure sales tactics and bad work and recommendations by staff.
THEY ARE FRAUDELENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL- ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN BY THEM. THEY PERFORMED MY PROCEDURE INCORRECTLY BY PUTTING THE APPLICATOR ON MY NECK INSTEAD OF MY CHIN- THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR THE WRONG PROCEDURE. THEY DONT TELL YOU THE INITIAL PAYMENT DOESNT GO TOWARDS YOUR PROCEDURE. THE GIRL TOLD ME THE EQUIPMENT AT SUTTER LOCATION IS OLD AND THE CASTRO LOCATION HAS NEW EQUIPMENT- WTF? I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO BBB- THEY ARE GOING TO PURSUE THE COMPLAINT- DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE- THEY ARE LIARS0
The most unprofessional company I've had misfortune to do business with. Also the most I've ever spent on a service, to not have that service fulfilled, and to be treated like a pest instead of a customer. They incorrectly performed 2 laser hair removal sessions. When I tried to report it, they said they would resolve it ONLY at the end of my sessions. At they end of my sessions, they refuse to compensate me for their mess ups. It's really not hard. Offer me the sessions you performed incorrectly, nothing less. Or offer me the 25% of almost $4k you have stolen from me, under breach of your own contract. They won't even give me money back for the one session I haven't even used for my legs. They didn't let me stop coming in after I mentioned several times how I wanted this resolved. I previously reported a complaint through BBB, uploaded all my documents, emails, schedule of events including every time I have complained about this situation and nothing has been done. Mandi Holmes is the worst "Client Experience" worker I have ever spoken to. She knew nothing of the situation, that should have been documented in my file, and refuses to correct the situation, even though LA baited me for a year saying they would resolve this AFTER my sessions. Mandi has 'offered' me 2 treatments on only 2 out of the 4 areas I had paid for to be treated. She can offer me 2 full treatments on all 4 areas they mistreated, or the 25% back for their bait-and-switch services. I previously heard a receptionist telling a potential customer that if she wants she can substitute similar size areas on her face treatments. All I wanted was to treat my bikini line - I was forced into bundles and let down by a disgraceful company. At this point, I might even agree to the 2 treatments offered on half my targeted areas if they could just switch armpits to bikini for 4 more treatments to the only area I actually cared about. I will keep putting my story out there and following up with legal advice until the company resolves this.
BUYER BEWARE if you’re going for Botox. I tried the Henderson location for my first Botox treatment (actually I did Xeomin at the staff’s recommendation). I was told after 14 days I could come back if I needed any areas “fixed”. Well after the Xeomin settled, I saw this dent over my left eye…it was DEFINITELY not visible before. My left eye is now also droopy. NOT happy AT ALL. I called on 2/15 to see about getting “fixed” and was told someone would call me back. Crickets. So I call back on 2/16. Mattie had me send in a pic for the nurse to review. They then scheduled me for a 5pm appointment. At 4:03 I get a text from Alyssa saying a nurse practitioner wasn’t there so it’d be best to reschedule. I responded to the text saying I’d like to come on 2/17. Crickets. I responded again. Crickets. I responded the next morning. Crickets. So I call and the front desk says no one left a note saying I needed to be rescheduled and she’d have the nurse call me. Got a call from the nurse at 5pm. She said I had the dent before and it couldn’t be fixed… I’d have to wait it out. Really?Having never noticed this dent and now looking like I have a deformity really pisses me off. I will definitely NOT be going back here. I am highly pissed at my results and horrible customer service experience. After being told by the nurse that my now visible dent can’t be fixed, I asked to cancel my future visit and a refund. I then all of a sudden get a text message (remember they ignored my previous texts) that they can fit me in for a touch up. REALLY!!!??? Is anyone on the same page here? The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Completely unacceptable. When you’re spending this kind of money you want all of the i’s dotted and t’s crossed. SMH As of 2/24…I called back a couple of times to inquire about refund processing and keep getting f the run around. Apparently there are no notes added to my file about my experience (how convenient). I asked for a manager and was told they don’t know who the manager is and would get back to me? This has been a complete shit show.
I will not recommend anyone laser away. I got the Brazilian package and my sessions were interrupted due to the covid restrictions in New York City. My results of hair growth has not improved, the results are horrible. I spend over 1k for the package. I believe I need to redo the lasers due to the not doing the sessions in the accurate time frames. I wish I can get my money back. Also fyi, I have olive skin.
