FRAUD ALERT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO do the photo shoot or refund me.
THESE ARE THIEVES AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF AT ALL
POSSIBLE. I PAID FOR A SERVICE, WAS CALLED OUT OF STATE AND NOW, THEY WONT PERFORM THE PHOTOSHOOT ON MY RETURN AND WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK EITHER. THEY HAVE PERFORMED NO SERVICE.
JUST STOLEN MY MORE THAN 250.00
Mislead. Lied. No Follow up. Not legit. I'm a father and a Military veteran. Booked for College Graduation photos as a single father for my Daughter and received confirmation. Minutes later the photographer sends me a message that Snappr made a mistake and she's not available. Kristine Joy Cunanan 415.993.8207 has lied and mislead me every step of the way, I have email stating "I promise I will personally handle this". Then I'm passed off to "Mae" in customer support only to be told by "Joy" that it sat for 4 days and was going to escalate it. Then I was told "I have someone else in mind and will get this confirmed and can I have until 05/04/23 at noon to get back to you". I agreed. Yesterday came and no follow up. Have now been attempting to reach out and get my money back and I receive an email "It's been escalated and supervisor will get back to you". This is all truly one big scam. Have now been leaving messages with no call back. Let me ask you, how terrible of a human or company are you when you take a single fathers money for his daughters college graduation and scam him. Because they took my money and will not respond back I can't even book for my daughter with some one else. Absolutly horrible humans. Additionally, I work for one of the major Corporations listed on their site as a client, I've checked across departments and we've not used them and they are not a vendor. Legal has been notified. Do not believe a word they say, they have also filtered for only positive experiences to shown on most sites. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM - HORRIBLE HUMANS
