Arcc applications and services reflect a set of guiding principles cultivated by staff and volunteer leadership. These principles suggest our reverence for our clients – the uniqueness of each person and their specific strengths. These principles champion diversity and inclusion. These also imply we try to deliver services in a way that is most suitable and sensitive to each client’s context. We collaborate with the schools, businesses, and other providers we serve to keep a menu of programs that are coherent and project-focused. We use evidence-based and best practices only to ensure real accountability for measurable objectives.
