Dave is a coach and a leader, and he is very involved in the company. He ensures that coaches, managers, and leaders operate as needed to deliver the best service and class time possible. Dave helped the CSC grow from one location to a seasonal program with ten locations. The company now has over 250 employees. It is still a strong, established company. CSC now employs more than 200 coaches and leader and supports staff, making it one of the most varied and large companies in the industry. All CSC staff have CPR & First Aid certified.
