Our new fitness center is located on Meridian Ave between Hillsdale and Foxworthy at the Hacienda Gardens Plaza – the location is incredibly convenient for San Jose local residents. Whether it's your aim to lose weight, gain weight, lift 500lbs, run a 5k, try out a Zumba® class, simply work out a little more often, or take some "me time" and relax on the hydromassage loungers or try out red light therapy or tanning, and not think about work/life/kids for 10 minutes, Fitness 19 San Jose Meridian Ave can help you get there. Our staff at Fitness 19 San Jose Meridian Ave are invested in the margins of our goal—they know that the purpose of one new member is totally different from the goal of another new member. But regardless, we offer personal training programs, group fitness classes, equipment and amenities to help anyone walk in through our front doors.

Locker rooms are spacious, and they look clean according to some members. Staff usually clean here, and possibly they like the clean environment. There are no dirty towels all over, and that shows that cleaning was done well. All clean towels are in the basket. Clients are requested to use cough cloth or cover fingers with tissue when sneezing or coughing. There are units for blood pressure and fitness tools. Clients are requested to wipe them after use as they try to respect tools. Gym members appear to respect the resources used. But some of them do not return the equipment to its proper place. That laziness affects the arrangement of the tools. Clean towels are good in a gym set up. A client feels more stress when arriving at the gym, and they encounter many dirty towels. That is why cleaning staff are another good thing. The gym is clean and that. The staff is friendly plus bonus points on Wi-Fi connectivity. Our gym is more general and does advertise in any manner in fitness, we made our mission to designate the space into commercial and residential locker rooms. That term is significant, and clients will feel it, that's why you should try us. PEST and SWOT Analysis Strengths of Market Fitness 19 is located in the Central Business District directly across from one of the largest high-rise office buildings. It’s a prime location, centrally located for our professional members and residents. This location offers us a competitive advantage since there are no direct competitors in the immediate area. I also believe that its proximity will drive even more members and residents to visit, including those who work and live in the immediate area. We are located in a very urban environment. The club has on-street parking and is located on the first floor. This allows us to have our signage on both the street and the entrance to the club, creating visibility and exposure to the public. Participants will more easily find the club thanks to the clear signage. Locker rooms are spacious in the gym and clean. This is valuable to our members as it offers them a sense of comfort and security when they are fresh meals to take a breath or shower. Clean showers. In other gyms, members use different shower cubicles. Especially in the men’s locker rooms, members share open showers and sometimes have to wait for them to free up. Also, the floor might be dirty, with leftover soap or hair. This makes the experience of showering post-workout gross. Our gym’s locker rooms are separated into cubicles too and that restricts members from the other sex from using the other cubicle. How do you think the gym would use the profit made? I once wrote a proposal seeking funding from the top management to expand the company to reach a specific group of people. There is a group of people who work out and do not get comfortable with the mixed practices used....
