Reliable NaMalay Yoga is Malay Hendricks' brainchild. Her journey to yoga was not easy. She worked as an Insurance Sales Agent in the top ranks. Her annual income was over $100,000, and she worked eight hours a day. From surviving the Cambodian war to becoming a refugee in the United States, she was a self-proclaimed success. She graduated from a reputable college and found a husband. Her clients admired her ability to put their needs first. She was always a hard worker and a high achiever since childhood. However, she started questioning her success when she felt pain in her back and legs. Her body was ailing from constant traveling, not forgetting that she always slept in her car to ensure that she was close to her clients. Her family was under constant stress, and she felt like people expected too much from her in her industry. These issues made her realize that she was having mental conditions. Anxiety and depression became part of her life, yet she kept everything to herself and never shared her problems with anyone.
