AVOID these people at all costs. The team at Orbit Design Agency is incompetent, unprofessional, and downright criminal in their business practices. They will not meet any of your deadlines, perform any quality work or changes. Some changes took 6 different notifications to even attempt a change. They will nickel and dime your project to death and never meet any of the quality standards they promise. Not only that, but they will take your payment information and pay other third parties using your payment info without telling you. They will even harass you for payments endlessly. If you are thinking about a feature or product they push and harass to get the piece added and for the payment. Even on holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you actually try and complain about the quality, they will just harass you with phone calls and empty promises to fix the website or issues. Their coding and follow-through is abysmal. Even entry-level college students could provide better coding. There is little communication about issues they may have or that have happened with your project. They had a massive security and data breach which installed malware and viruses throughout my website, flagging it by Google, and they never informed me about the breach. To this day, I am still trying to resolve this issue and correct the flagging on Google. When this was brought up with my project manager Sam, I was assured this would be fixed. As mentioned, not once did they mention the security breach. If you do decide to hold them accountable or recover any of your money, they will not entertain the thought. They will come up with excuse after excuse as to why they can't or use the reason "we are still willing to fix the issue." Half of the reviews they have on review websites or Google are fake or coerced with a promise to fix an issue or a discount. They are also pushed on being written well before the project is done. Every step of the promise creates a headache after a headache. Save yourself the heartache, trouble, and downright shitty work. If you value your time and money, look for another company that is professional, reliable, and delivers on its promises. Orbit Design Agency is not that company.

Midland Gems Lousy, lousy experience and they will not stand behind the 100% satisfaction promise. Prepaid for the service and after 6 weeks, absolutely no progress. Requested and was promised repayment, then surprise/surprise they did not refund. Do not recommend this company.

This company is an elaborate scam! I hired them for a simple website in Jan 2022, and it is now Dec 2022. Started off going back and forth for months with the design and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt as to why it was taking so long. Around August, all my patience and 8 months later, it seemed to me that they were not interested in completing my site- it still lacked certain very important functions which they were very aware that I needed to have on the site. They then told me that it needed to be hosted first before all these functions could be worked out, which ended up being a complete and utter lie. Since I was so drained from this experience and simply wanted my website completed, I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and paid them around $1000 for their hosting service to get the job done. They even recommended that I shouldn't do it with another company since it wouldn't work as well as theirs would, and I agreed since I didn't want them having any other possible excuse as to why they couldn't finish the website. About a month after this additional payment to them, they then told me that the site STILL couldn't be completed to the proper functionality as they had promised and committed to complete, and that I would now need to pay MORE money to get it done. At this point, in September, I demanded a refund. Spoke to the billing manager there- a guy named 'Gary Fernandez' who just happens to have an Indian accent- was told by him in an attempt to explain themselves I guess, that they actually had to do this same thing with another client where they simply could not finish the website and kept asking her for more and more money, and that the poor woman had to agree to pay for it all before they agreed to finish her site. It seems that she was also strung along for months and likely gave in simply to get it done and over with. It also tells me that they knew exactly the lies they were telling me, stating that they would and could complete the site 'with just some more additional money' for the hosting, etc., but clearly now without ever having this intention to fulfill it. They ended stringing me along for months and asking me for more and more money, hoping I would just give in like as it seems they have been successful in getting from a few of their other customers. After multiple exchanges back and forth, they finally emailed me confirming I would get my money back mid-November. This date came and went with no money returned to me, and it turns out they lied AGAIN that my money was sent when it had not been from their end at all. Spoke to them yet again and we finally came to an agreement that the hosting fee be returned since it was paid out under clearly fraudulent practices by them. It is now mid-December and I STILL haven't received a cent back from them. I've followed up countless times, and they simply continue to lie to me, saying it was sent. It's now a full year later and I still don't have a website or the refund funds from them to go somewhere else. Be warned. Do yourself a huge favor, save your time, effort, money, potential business earnings, headaches, patience and sanity, and go find an another legitimate company for your website.

Learn from my mistake AVOID AT ALL COST... If you read NO OTHER review you should absolutely read this one... This company does not exist in the US. Which is not a big deal until you try and sue them... They say they are operating out of San Jose... NOT TRUE It is a vapor ware company that takes your money, promises big and then is incapable of delivering ANYTHING of value or quality. I was initially going to contract with these folks to have them do side work for me... lost a $20k deal because they couldn't deliver... They were also meant to be doing my wife's site at the same time, 18 months later the site is still not fully finished, and got hacked... I attempted to get their help to get it fixed and they basically left me to try and fix it myself...! Have you ever had to recover a site from a hack?? Hire this company and you may find out how fun that is... They have NO SUPPORT... It's abysmal at best! I thought that was what I was paying them for...My site has now been down now for WEEKS!! So 18 months of work on a site they never delivered correctly and then got hacked 3 weeks later... OH YEAH... I also paid in advance for services which I had eventually had to cancel due to absolute frustration with them... NEVER GOT A REFUND... They still owe me over $2000 (which is why I know they don't exist in the US)... This is one of those companies that should be on a watch list of some kind! Seriously, take my advice, proceed at your own risk my friends...

Unable to meet deadlines, inability to fully complete project as agreed on contract. Late to most meetings. Unsatisfactory experience with this company.
