About this business
Welcome to Pure Heart Bodywork! I've been a licensed massage therapist since November 2000. I can't believe it’s been 21 years! I specialize in Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, and Therapeutic Deep Tissue. I've studied Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai, and Traditional Lomi Lomi as well to create a session tailored to your needs. Recently, I've been studying Maya Abdominal Therapy in Rosita Arvigo's lineage. This work focuses on the internal organs and the dynamic role they play in your body's blood, chi and lymph flow. The best part is I have seen these modalities improve the quality of my own life. I aim to pass this feeling onto all the people I treat: the realization that the world is full of miraculous things if only you slow down enough to notice them. When I'm not in my office, I'm often at home with my family. My hobbies include cooking, gardening, and homeschooling our two daughters and watching documentaries. We love camping, going to festivals (in the time before the pandemic), spending time with family and friends, and observing eclipses and sunsets.
