Sweet's Gymnastics

Girls 6 and older, work on vault, beam, floor, and trampoline. All skills are taught at the gymnast’s level. Gymnasts start with the basics of gymnastics. There is a strong focus on strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as mental focus, endurance, and technique. Pre-Intermediate gymnasts meet Beginner requirements and wish to enhance their technique, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Intermediate Gymnasts have passed Pre-Intermediate requirements. Now they are prepared to learn advanced gymnastics and additionally improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Positive feedback for Sweet's Gymnastics from parents, with all the kids loving the classes and benefiting from them. Especially now, sincere precautions are taken to keep the gym and equipment clean, and protocols in place to limit the virus spread. It's evident that Sweet combines his love for gymnastics with discipline and care. Students learn gymnastics under a supportive coach and I recommend the gymnastic studio for your children.
