Our cageless grooming salon focuses on dogs with special needs, and we use pleasing grooming as a way of giving back positive reinforcement. If you show up 15 or more minutes later, the grooming is moved. If you're 30 or more minutes late, you're classified as a "no-show" and won't be allowed in. A deposit is held in this scenario, and you may have to pay it. Pending other customers, however, if given a warning anytime earlier, we'll be ready to move your appointment to a favorable period. You'll get a message or phone call at least 15 minutes before your dog is ready for grooming. If your dog is ready early, we will not send it home; we will instead provide full dog grooming services and collect payment.
