Took my truck in for a simple bumper paint repair 2 times the first time they didn't paint, and had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks when I got it back whoever moves the truck around the yard was using the inside door panel as a footrest all scuffed up and the floor all dirty! Today I got it back again from the dealer my truck was in for the same thing they were supposed to paint the bumper I get it back after them having it for almost 3 weeks! If I could share pictures of how they take care of your vehicle I would NO regards for other property mind you this is a BRAND NEW VEHICLE The door panel is a rest stop for someone's foot and the floor mat is all scratched up floor full of sand AND they didn't PAINT THE BUMPER! they left the wheel trim all loose not snapped it properly! Would I recommend them NO NEVER! 2. Literally takes forever! It's been 2 in a half weeks since my vehicle has been in there and still my vehicle isn't ready! 3. Literally takes forever! Jennifer in office was so helpful. They gave us a quick estimate, repair, and paint job. The price was fair and worth every penny. Zero stars if that was an option! One of my friends said she knew the guy that works there since I mentioned I needed work done to my vehicle. First of all, their estimates are absurd. When I let them know that I was going to get estimates elsewhere first because it seemed really high, the thicker taller man started to become extremely rude. The whole time he was giving my 17-year-old niece creepy looks/eyes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to give them your business. First, because that welding was not well done,, and later because my car did not passed the smog because there was a missing part. 13. My truck has been there for five months and still haven't got it back fixed correctly. Very disappointed will go somewhere else next time. So unprofessional.
