ABC Programs, Inc. is a Drinking Driving Program licensed by the State of California. It is our mission to provide quality education and counseling services for individuals convicted of DUI. We provide a number of DUI programs in Los Angeles County for first, second, and multiple offenders. Orange County offers first offender programs. These programs are available for people who have been referred by the courts, the county probation agency, or a state parole agency. The length and content of the program are often defined by State Law or County Regulations. Spanish and English programs are available.
