Born in Southern California, Dr. Zahedi achieved his BS degree with honors from California State University, before completing his MA and PhD. Following his graduation from the Chicago Medical School and being awarded Alpha Omega Alpha honours, he carried out his residency at University of Southern California (USC) and Huntington Memorial Hospital. He completed additional post-residency training in Dermatology, Aesthetics Medicine and a Masters of Public Health at the University of Southern California's Keck School of medicine. Dr. Zahedi's career has been driven by his zeal to lessen patients' pain and ageing effects. He adopted many new technologies. Dr. Zahedi was among the first to use platelet-rich plasma therapy for anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and treatment for scars in cases of wrinkles and hair loss. He also pioneered the use of cellular therapies to speed up tissue healing after laser treatments. He also belongs to the American College of Surgeons and the American Medical Association. Various case studies, residency projects, and scientific project research have been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals at the local and national level.
