ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Client Testimonials: 1. I sent my information two weeks ago to Hilda, and still no follow up. The times I’ve tried to call in was last Monday and Monica, took my name and number and then tried to contact the attorney. Monica had said she would connect Hilda with the leading attorney and she would call me back. I have also called this last Wednesday, Friday, and now today Monday, so that is a no-call-back rate of 100%. I was seeking help for my need for a reasonable accommodation with the housing authority for section 8. Your office receives federal funding to help the public. Not being available to people of low income is a huge disservice to them. There are not many law practices that help with section 8 reasonable accommodations. Plus if you’re clients are largely people with disabilities and on section 8, and you’re helping them with a reasonable accommodation chances are that they probably or a lot of members receive Ihss. That means a lot of them receive the federal protection status of protective supervision. When I told them my son had this protection, Hilda didn’t seem to even know what that was. Kind of a red flag in my opinion. That could be a good majority of the people you help with section 8 because reasonable accommodations are for disabled people. So if you’re trying to count Ihss, protective supervision, income, majority of the people that you help you won’t be able to serve. For all of these reasons and lack of follow through, I cannot recommend you trying to go through these people. They’re nice but It’s been two weeks since I’ve contacted them and I have a hearing coming up and still have no idea who can represent me.2. Called trying to find out where to call or if they will represent me and the lady that answered kept telling me legal Aid will do that after several times of saying legal aid told me they couldnt Help. Ended up hanging up. As this is too frustrating and I am stressed out all ready3. Compassionate and caring people who are there to help..4. Didnt go there just called for some information lol lol5. They are the best and they care about people and help low income people and seniors go after slumlord s that are illegally breaking all the laws6. It's anti-American but I'm not a fan of most fast food. Just didn't eat fast food growing up so I generally don't crave fast food but occasionally, french fries and a milkshake become irresistible. Mcdonald's is not my favorite but it's not the worst either...7. Some of the best legal help from some truly amazing people!!8. Very helpful, in a very stressful time. Still helping months later. They actually listen and you don't feel like you're an inconvenience. The response time to questions and thing's getting done, they do work hard. Thank you Mr.. H9. When nobody will "go to bat for you", these folks might! Champions of the poor, oppressed, fieldhands, tenants, people who do not have enough clout to get their story heard because there is NO MONEY in it. They represented me against a liar landlord who reneged on every verbal agreement made because the house had structural damage & he could not refinance it. Then he sold it, had me arrested for trespassing when he actually wanted me to be removing my property. CRLA, good people! If nobody will take your case, talk to them!
