Legal Services of Northern California-Vallejo, a non-profit legal service that offers free legal advice in Solano County to low-income families. Intake hours are from 9 a.m. until noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. Our practice areas are housing law, education, wage claims, government benefits, civil rights and clean slate. We have special funds for seniors. We help as many people as possible, although our resources are limited. In 1956, Legal Services of Northern California began offering free legal services for the poor. The services help poor people understand and fight the causes and consequences of poverty. These benefits include legal assistance in unemployment, wage claim, discrimination, and job placement. It also includes education and training for children and adults and preventing employment loss.
