We had a team come to handle water extraction, equipment to dry out the area and pack boxes for their storage of all items in the impacted room. Terrell, Ageo and Sy did an outstanding job of the work, including the return of all packed boxes and shelving. We highly recommend this team at American Water Damage. We had the greatest crew with Terrell, Ageo and Cyg going beyond expectations! They showed up on time, worked efficiently and quickly, communicating as necessary about the job. I would give them an A+ rating or on a 1 to 10 rating a 10. They have a great attitude and aren’t finished until everything is perfect! We are the tenants but from our side they were great to have take care of it for us. They were lovely with our dogs and us being around. Terrell and Argo (spelling may be incorrect) were 10/10 for us and the animals in this pain in the butt but necessary process! Thank you! Terrell and Ageo were professional, friendly, hardworking and did an amazing job of packing our glass and our overall kitchen! Ryan was also great, communicating clearly the next steps and what to expect. 5 star experience! Absolutely awful. Workers stole $180 and my Apple Watch out of my room. Touched my personal belongings without any consent. Absolutely terrible communication once I brought the missing items to their attention. I have absolutely nothing good to say. Excellent service and very complete. American Water Damage did tear out, dehumidification, pack, move out and move back in. They covered everything for me and did a very good job.
