I love Dr. Liao and have been going to this clinic for many years. Once the practice was sold to the bigger entity, the office staff has gone done hill and is unable to resolve billing issues, return phone calls, never can connect with the office manager to help resolve issues. We have been fighting a billing error on a claim that was for 9/12/2024 date of service. They took our money at the time of service, which they should not have done because we have Medicare Insurance. It has taken many phone calls, emails and the claim was finally resolved today. AND we OWE nothing on the claim. Now it will take an act of G_D to get our refund that amounts to hundreds of dollars + a credit card fee that they charged. The response from the AREA Manager I spoke to last week, was that it was my husband's fault for paying at time of service and that it has taken this long for her to be informed of the requested refund. Shame on this office to not be client oriented when they have taken money that does not belong to them.
