About Ian Rochstein
Immigrating to America LCC in Denver, Colorado, was created with Ian Rochstein in 2017. I represent people from all over the world in immigration-related family and employment law disputes. I have also appeared in Colorado courts for immigration, criminal, and family cases. I graduated from BU Law (Boston University and was admitted to practice in Massachusetts. I also hold a New York Bar Association membership, Colorado Bar Association membership, and have been licensed in Massachusetts. Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland, awarded my undergraduate degree.
I received the Colorado Chapter of American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA) Rising Star Award in 2019 and am an active member in this organization. I donate my time to the Colorado Lawyers Commitment clinic and immigration program for unaccompanied minors of Rocky MountainImmigrant Advocacy Network of Latin America. As a BU student lawyer, I worked at the Employment Rights Clinic & American Legislative Practice Clinic. I also was author of an article for the BU International Journal and received my Spanish for Lawyers certificate. I practiced in M&M Bomchil, Buenos Aires, and spent a semester at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
When not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am passionate about traveling, and I enjoy cooking and music.
