Every saturday, Grannyma Kit would look after Grannyma Kit's garden. She would pass on her old Olympus 35mm camera so that she could photograph her surrounded by the bees and butterflies attracted to the fresh petunias. It was a few of the first recollections I have trying to capture fleeing. that changed how I interact with photography. I have a greater understanding of the impermanence of our world. As much as I love capturing the kind of smiles that make my heart feel at peace for a while, it isn't my priority. My main goal is to capture feelings and moments of grace that occur around us during the most ordinary days. Moreover, I have been able to have beautiful memories shot this way.
