Austin Cueto VP of Operations Austin Cueto attended Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO, where he studied culinary arts. During his first years in the industry, Austin Cueto honed his craft in the classical brigade techniques at The Sage & Onion, a fine dining restaurant in Santa Barbara, CA. From 2006 to 2018, he served as an Executive Chef at the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group, where he operated two high-volume contemporary museums and the 3,000 seat Denver Performing Arts Center. Austin Cueto concurrently was head of the culinary department at the Denver Art Museum from 2011-2018. Before this role, Austin Cueto was the Executive Chef at Quality Italian in Cherry Creek, Denver.
