Even in this scenario, we have been successful. When our clients know, we are more than just lawyers. They are our friends. We fight for them as though they were our cases. The practice of Law is a technical and artful blend of artistry and detail. We strive for this by being bold, visionary and successful artists. We litigate all levels and branches of Colorado courts, from trial courts to municipal courts to even the Colorado Supreme Court. In Colorado we were successful in federal courts, both the United States District Court for District of Colorado and the Tenth circuit Court of appeals. SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Review of immigration lawyer Catherine Chan and her firm is remarkable. A tight-knit group of lawyers and assistants, such as Joshua and Adriana, provide compassionate service. Together, Catherine and her professional team successfully handled numerous immigration cases. Clients were overjoyed when their cases were resolved, earning lifetime citizenship and Green Cards. For one, an uncontested empirical relations change led to a harmonious agreement and a successful vote for much-needed immigration benefits. Most reviews express gratitude for the firm's combined knowledge and kindness, recommending it to other immigrants, diverse and emotionally charged professions. Appointments with Catherine and thorough paperwork help clients get ready for appointments well in advance. The comprehension of their cases was thorough and supportive, leading to positive results. The interviews were generally positive, leading to successful conclusions. According to the satisfied clients, these achievements underpin the resilience and care in solving their time-sensitive immigration problems. The company accentuates its understanding and support throughout the narrowing immigration process, leading to an emotional river that meets the client's practical need to remain through sound decisions. This care and efficiency combination, coupled with the firm's emotionally charged immigration guidance, leads to a comprehensive, emotional, and practical client discourse throughout the process, both of which have time-limited. Unfortunately, the citizenship interview and Jean's and Rachel's change of status suffered different philosophies that prolonged the specific response. Every firm, every office that merges immigration sensitivity to change has a future. Caring and efficient company, immigrants, and clients' requests will soon be considered common and overwhelmed by the potential misuse of kindness.

Extremely bad experience. They were working on a K-1 Visa application (form I-129F) for us, which we have worked on several months before by ourselves, so it only required their review and some small details; in their contract, they promised to put together a good package, including some forms and evidence (photos, chats, documents, affidavits). But THEY FAILED and it was a disappointment to find a package sent WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL and with SEVERAL MISTAKES. Very bad communication since the start, they did not respond to our emails for two weeks. There was no correction or advice about the evidence that we needed for our case (photos and chats). They tried to rush the process and sent a package (I-129F petition for alien fiance) with duplicate pages, documents without reviews, errors highlighted in red, no organization or titles, and zero attention to detail. And most importantly they did not let us review the final product and they sent it. After two months of their "work", the result was a low-quality product, we let them know our complaints, which were not heard, and none of them were resolved despite talking to the owner of the firm, Catherine. Two days later after trying to contact them through social media, we received an email with the title "Termination of Attorney/Client relationship" based on nothing. We are still waiting for them to return us the fee form (that they don't have any right to keep) and a part of their fee (based on the contract). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM AT ALL.
