BEWARE BEFORE YOU HIRE! This guy does not take the time you pay for him to prepare your case! He is friends with the DA and in fact has a plan with them before court! He will print your evidence pictures out in black and white, without your knowledge I might add, to present to the jury! Something he told us afterwards that he “always does”…. (Because we called him out on it) Yet the DA jumped on that making it look like our daughter was stupid and laughed while asking her, “Who does that in this day and age?” We gave this joker colored photos from the very beginning and signed and dated hospital records of our daughter’s injuries, that were never even presented! He knew the black and white photos played down the bruising and planned this move with the DA. It was instantly OBVIOUS to us as soon as the trial started what his plan was. He only took time to speak with our daughter directly over the phone, 2 times in preparation! We called him out on this too after trial and he said that unfortunately he was extremely busy with another case but he WON so we actually helped that guy and should be happy with that! WHAT? REALLY? He cannot be trusted. In fact he never did ask for the remaking $4k we owed him after trial…. Maybe that helped him sleep better at night knowing full well what he did to her! I pray if he has a young daughter beaten up by a guy that she hires a real lawyer. There are many other things I could mention but I’ll leave it at, Snake in the grass…. Please beware!
