The account is in my wife's name. Not all my reviews are the same. I asked several times to speak with the owner of the company no one has reached out. The only person I was able to speak with was Amanda the front desk person and Sergio your mechanic. When I got the car the mirror did not work it's in writing d-1 would replace. ( Never happened in a timely manner. After 1 week it was leaking oil a lot. I took it into D_1 auto Lakewood office. They made an appointment. 1st appointment they had it about 2 hours. Stayed it was fixed. I went home still same issue. 2nd appointment they had my car from open to close so 9am to about 5:45 pm. Still has the same issue. That's when I started asking if the mechanic was ase certified because after several appointments he did not fix the issue. I went to Christian Brothers and paid to have it diagnosed. I emailed the paperwork to Amanda (front desk person). I took it back in the appointment was to fix what was on the paper that did not happen as well. All of this is within my warranty period. Your sales person told me I drove it for a year and didn't have any issues with it. So basically your sales person put wear and tear on the car and no mechanic looked at it before you sold it to me. If someone wanted a car with random issues that not mechanic has looked at. I could have gotten a car from a private owner. I did put down $7,500 cash. I have not been driving it. It has an appointment to go to a reputable shop to be fixed by an ASE certified mechanic. You have trackers in your car so you can check that the information I provided is true. I wanted to come to a reasonable solution for both parties. Options: 1.you pay to fix what's wrong with the truck. From Cadillac not Sergio your mechanic. 2. You refund my down payment and keep what monthly payments I have made. 3. Replace my truck with another within same value/class from your lot. I will update my posting if/when any updates happen. It does say on my paperwork and there website certified vehicles
