Lisa Parker Massage Therapy My passion for becoming a massage therapist started after high school. I enrolled in the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where I was the youngest student and felt included in the classes. My mother showed me alternative energy techniques at a young age, and I excelled. I found a natural talent in some parts of therapy, and I continued to learn in massage school. I have never looked back. Many people ask me how I became a masseuse and my honest answer is, "Why not?" I enjoy helping others feel better. My associate's degree from Colorado School of Healing Arts is from 2004. I have specialized in neuromuscular technique, body and prenatal massages, reflexology, and aromatherapy including deep tissue massages with warm stones. I am currently attending Southwest Acupuncture College. In the summer of 2023, I would have completed my masters in Acupuncture. I have specialized in auricular acupuncture, distal acupuncture, and injection therapy. My hobbies are reading, traveling, soaking up the sun, cooking, engaging with friends and family, and playing with my dog Chowder. My husband and I have lived in Thornton for 15 years, where we grew up. I value being present in all aspects of my life.
