⚠️ WARNING — DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP ⚠️ I had been speaking with their salesperson for over a week and made it very clear that my credit is low and that I urgently need a car to work and take my child to medical treatment. They repeatedly assured me that I was approved and that the payment would be about $300 per month. When I arrived at the dealership, they aggressively pressured me to leave a deposit immediately. Trusting their word, I paid $4,500. Only AFTER taking my money did they suddenly change the terms and say the monthly payment would actually be $560 — almost double what was promised. I refused the deal and requested my money back. Now it has been over 10 days, and they still have my money. They keep telling me to come back “tomorrow” for the refund. Each time I go, they ask for my card again, claim they processed the refund, and then nothing happens. I have already been there multiple times. Today I called my bank, and they informed me that the refund was canceled by the merchant. Meanwhile, my family has been without a car, my wife cannot work (she drives for Uber), and I am struggling to take my child to school and treatment because of this situation. This business uses bait-and-switch tactics, high-pressure sales, and delays refunds while holding your money hostage. Be extremely careful.
