Client Testimonials: 1. Richard Rothstein and his colleague Kelly were amazing. They both guided me through a very complicated long-distance house purchase. Richard was extremely responsive and respectful. Excellence legal services.2. In 2020 Richard referred me to his trial partner. Mr. Errante, I thought I would receive good advice. However, the result was he took the case and then went to sleep for 3 years. So the case gos no where the judge even acknowledged that he didn't work in the best interests of me and my family!!3. I've always experienced very attentive & caring services from Rothstein. Such is a professional in dealing with clients and an expert in his work.4. While Richard seems to be a friendly enough man, the same can't be said about some of the staff he has in his employ. Before my father, passed, he was in the process of updating his will but sadly passed before the process was completed. My father became very ill and had to miss appointments due to his health. In this regard, the charges were included in executing the will etc to the end of the process. The charges were fine, but the manner in which we were treated regarding the billing of $675 was unprofessional. At that time, it was only six weeks after my father passed away, now they were demanding payment from us. The staff was rude, and also his office sent a letter that listed all of the services they had performed for us (which they assured me they would NOT charge us for) and pointed out they could have charged us for these services. What was the point of that letter other than to strong arm us into payment? Why weren't any of our billing questions answered in a more professional manner? At this point my father had died six months ago and now his office is not only demanding payment in full but is suing my father's estate for all of the services they promised were "no charge". I have never seen this kind of thing from a law firm in all of my life. I don't believe Richard was behind this drama but he has to realize the staff he hires represents his name and reputation. Richard, please take this opportunity to take a hard look at your staffing and ask yourself if they are representing you in a manner worthy of your good name.5. Richard has been my family's attorney for quite some time and he is always a pleasure to have around. A very intelligent, very good at what he does man, he has saved my butt a few times too many, and your always his first thought, and choice, when it comes to legal matters. Always there for you, good guy with his good magic show for children too.poster with the text
