West End has bought over $500 million in real estate since its inception, comprising 4,000+ apartments and 1,000,000+ square feet of commercial space. Our top priority is capital preservation. In a baseball analogy, it is preferable to hit doubles consistently and let the positive returns accumulate over time rather than have a high-risk approach to swing for the fences by trying to achieve high returns, which may often fail.
