Auto Loans and Credit Used Cars Trucks

On 04/21/2022, I signed a contract with Hollywood Motor World LLC (aka Auto Loans and Credit Used Cars Trucks) in Hollywood, FL to purchase a used 2011 Nissan Sentra for $8,950.00. Put a $3000.00 down payment, yet ended up with a balance of $9,882.42. A direct deposit of $290.40 monthly payment was set with my bank. On 05/15/2025, after noticing the title had not been received, I checked with the bank and verified that a total of $10,164.00 had been made. I contacted the company to inquire about the discrepancies and was informed that there was $4000.00 due on a 25% loan with a third-party financing company. I replied that we never discussed any third-party financing at the time of the negotiation and therefore could not have signed the loan document. They referred me to Western Funding Customer Service @ 888 434-3150. I called and a representative stated the rate was listed in bold letter on the first page of the contract. I reviewed all the documentation received at the time of purchase, which include, the Buyer's Order and an optional Warranty but could not find any copy of the loan. I asked for a copy of the contract and received a pdf file with my name digitally spelled. It is unacceptable that an entity should be able to enter into an agrement on behalf of another without full disclosure and prior consent from the latter. As outlined below, complaints have been filed with the apropriate agencies and am currently pursuing legal actions.
