Client feedback summary: 1. Avoid. A no recommendation is my advice. Settled with roofing insurance company, and signed a settlement in dec/January 2023. My first red flag was my grandmother had a deposition/ virtual legal appt with a judge and our attorney showed up in a cut off t shirt/ gym attire in the spring 2024. Long story short and after personally calling around through the insurance company- In march the insurance company reports they paid the law group which is when this law firm went silent (a very very very generous payment to our lawyer). It took a run around for over 9 months with no word back that I finally filed an ethics complaint board complaint and then were finally paid in may- almost a year and a half later. I was more than patient and tried to advocate to anyone who could find resolution… but I would very very very VERY wary of doing business with anyone who requires an official ethics board complaint to disburse a settlement. Going through a lawsuit is hard enough- having to fight for your payment seemed cruel.2. Do not recommend it at all, what they make an appointment with you to call you but the truth is saying to you that do not continue with my case, no explanation why, my mistake was do not take look here on the review first .3. Just don't. If you read and take into account any of these reviews, this one should be the one. Just don't.4. The Professional Law Group is just that very professional all i had to do was call them and tell them how All-State denied my claims from Hurricane Beryl and they took it from there and got me paid and i got my home repaired and it didn't take them long to do it.5. Extremely disappointed! Our case took three and a half years to settle. I didn't expect things to happen overnight and I knew we were in for a lengthy battle, but communication was nonexistent, and efforts were few and far between. I would repeatedly check in or follow up with them to get excuses or delays. But the thing most disappointing would be the lies regarding fees. Attorney Dustin Hite assured me we would only be charged 20% for the firm's services. However, we were charged 33% and big surprise... no one will respond to my communication about it. Save your money and your time!!!!6. The Professional Law Group, Karina Rios, Ashley Hearn, Dailys Gonzalez and all others within this law firm are amazing! Karina is an excellent lawyer and the best that we could hope for. We appreciate this Law firm and all the individuals who are continually working on our behalf. Thank you!7. This is the worst law group that we had to deal with. We never had to deal with such a law firm like this and the signs were there we just did not no.8. We had a particularly difficult claim due to the bankruptcy of our insurer but PLG handled it very well . It lasted 4 years due to delays by the courts and FIGA and after we were advised by PLG to decline their first offer we finally received a proper concluding payment. Our only complaint is that though PLG maintained they would keep us up to date with the claim progress we were not informed unless we called or emailed. 90% of phone calls went to voice mail with many times no response.9. We have a great experience with the professional law group, my insurance company didn't want to pay our hurricane damage and this group defended my rights and got us the money we were entitled to. I highly recommend them.10. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM – INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLIGENCE AT ITS WORST I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring; The Professional Law Group to represent me in an insurance claim back in 2022. From the very beginning, their handling of my case was riddled with incompetence, negligence, and a blatant disregard for my best interests!!!!!! Throughout the process, communication was virtually nonexistent. My insurance company attempted to reach out to The Professional Law Group multiple times to review my claim, yet the firm completely failed to return any of their calls. This egregious lack of responsiveness resulted in my claim being closed without my knowledge, and even worse, The Professional Law Group wasn’t even aware that my claim had been closed!!!!!! This was a situation that could have been easily avoided with even the most basic level of professionalism. I was forced to personally contact FIGA to get answers, only to discover that my claim had been closed for over a year due to this firm’s gross incompetence. I then had to reopen the case myself, as this so-called “law firm” was utterly clueless about what had happened. Had I not taken matters into my own hands, my case would have remained closed, and this firm would have done absolutely nothing about it. To make matters worse, after two years of unnecessary delays, I finally received a settlement, only to find that it was a mere fraction of what others with the exact same insurance company and date of loss had received. This further proves their failure to advocate for their clients and their complete lack of effectiveness in handling claims. This firm does NOT work in your best interest. If you value your case, your time, and your money, STAY FAR AWAY from this incompetent, negligent, and utterly useless law firm. Their lack of diligence, communication, and basic legal competency is **unacceptable**. Save yourself the frustration and hire a firm that actually knows what they’re doing.11. Very disappointed with the customer service. Rude representatives12. Have them wrkng on my case.. I just recommended them to my sister!13. Very disappointed with my representation. The settlement was for half of the estimated damage. After the fees and lawyers percentage, the settlement wasn’t enough to repair the damages. Now the Law Group has threatened a lien on my property and to charge interest.14. Extremely knowledgeable and professional15.
