Auto boutique on Atlantic Blvd. Run away as fast as you can. Do not conduct business with them. All staff are flat out rude especially Ali Al-Nori. Just got off the phone with him and he was the most inconsiderate, incompetent, dishonest and disrespectful person I ever spoke with. Taking an attorney and the news station down at their office if they don’t get the things resolved. Lied and tricked my 18 year old.
Shady dealership that only sells vehicles that have been in wrecks. They have horrible customer service. They will send you off in a vehicle that is not safe to drive. Stay away from this dealership if you don't want to be ripped off. They only sell junk cars. They lie about Carfax reports, odometer readings, etc
Called online about a Chevy Equinox. Told guy I was ready to buy. Asked 1. if car had any warranty, told 21-month manufacturer's warranty still on car. 2. ask if it was wrecked previously, was told it was wrecked 1 time and air bags did not deploy... wreck was minor. Went to test drive car, it drove well. upon looking at Carfax in office it was in the shop 5 times for damage from wrecks, and one comment stated structural damage needs inspections. Despite all this, i was still going to buy the car as it drove and look good. Went to close then was told had a $1300 mandatory GAP insurance, $300 Mandatory lojack insurance, and $1300 Mandatory paint Insurance.... it's how we make our money. Was told I would get the Gap insurance removed as soon as I paid of the car... which was later in month...so OK... can live with that. even though the 13K car was now 18.5K. Was then informed no warranty as is on car. I said this is unacceptable, was told I had 5 days to bring it back if I didn't like it or something went wrong and trade it for another car on the lot.... Told them I need more than 5 days to my schedule asked for 20 days. They would not budge. If they have good reliable cars, an extra two weeks to drive the car should not be a problem. AS is, a pig in a poke. Shope auto boutique of that's the service you want... and that's during the sale. Imagine how your treated after the sale. Unbelievable. On a positive note: Jada my salesgirl was great... its management and policy. Well, my policy is to protect my assets. Will NEVER buy from this Auto Boutique.
