Gibney Law

After serving as a second assistant engineer at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, I earned my J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. I started practicing law back in Jacksonville. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984, to the Georgia Bar in 1985, and to the Patent Bar in 2001. Being a member of the Patent Bar allows me to represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. My enthusiasm stems from assisting clients in achieving personal and professional success and advocating for them with clever ideas.
