I am stunned these people are still in business. They are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Ever! If you do a simple Google search you’ll see why. They lie to the Homeowners and renters and blame each one while they take the money. They blame the tenants to the Landlord and the Landlord to the tenants. It’s a scam. I have not met anyone yet they haven’t done this to. People have called the BBB and even the states attorney on the owner Mike Collins and his side kick Jennifer Hile. They broke into our home and stole our possessions knowing we were in the process of moving out. We got an attorney involved and Mr Collins ego is so huge he didn’t even respond to the Attorney. They hire people they’re in cahoots with, up the charges for the Landlord and pocket the money. We even have invoices they accidentally sent us where they will have you, say fix a sink and then charge the Homeowner $700. It’s truly a scam they’re running. He believes his lease covers him and makes himself liable for nothing. After leaving and speaking out, we had so many people contact us saying they did the same thing to them. Some unfortunately lost their homes because of these people. They don’t manage anything and blame the tenants. People that wouldn’t normally leave reviews are going out of their way to warn people. I’ll make a guess and say if we all unite, they’ll be shut down. RUN from these people
