BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY... Navy to Navy is by far the worst home rental company. They over promise and under deliver. The house was not clean when it was time to move in. The salt tank for the water softener was empty. Carpets were not steam cleaned as presented. Baseboard molding with nails attached were never replaced. Just thrown in the garage. Front door lock and molding was replaced and they never came back to repaint. The water and ice through the door stopped working a few weeks after moving in. Put in a request for maintenance. They came back and said the owner said to buy a Brita? LoL. This is the level of customer NO service you can expect from this company. Upon moving out, Bailey was vague and never answered questions regarding nail holes. She suggested to not patch them. So they decided to charge for patching and painting. Painting is a natural occurrence when the house is old. We were overcharged for the move out fee, including cleaning the carpets that they never did prior to the move in. If you want the worst experience with a rental company, this is the one you want to go with...
