ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

We started Social Grounds Coffee Roasters from a desire to serve great coffee and people. We are a group of Veterans, lovingly roasting our coffee in Jacksonville and supporting our comrades by 100%. Since 2015, our mission has been to source world-class coffee farms, roast and make it available for you to enjoy. Our greatest point of pride, however, is your role in our company: Your purchase and support create a partnership with Jacksonville City Service Providers. The project employs and empowers transitioning Veterans and provides vital economic resources to those in need.

Social Grounds seems like a marvelous location for coffee and snacks and provides a feeling of being accommodated-chill ambiance, excellent coffee(iced or hot) and super friendly staff, especially Paula. Food choices are delightful, and the varied pastries ensure excellent breakfast options. Reviews mostly suggest that even though the place is jam-packed, service is fantastic(Fast and very attentive). The most different aspect is a gift card purchase which a customer remarked, indicating that the support they got was out of the ordinary in a positive way. The move to provide this opportunity to customers signifies the company's commitment to service excellence.
