Worse management company they lie they don’t fix a things apts are in the worse conditions. They have roaches and rats . Their builds are considered Unsafe Structure by the City of Miami . Look them up and you will see all the violations they have . Do not rent from them

This management company is the worse . We have rats all over the complex for a month I have been telling them about them I was finding dead rats in my apt cause my cat killed them they were rats outside now they were so smart they sealed the rats in the roof and the smell is coming into the apts and anyone who knows , knows that the smell of a dead rat is toxic and gives the person respiratory problems . I filed a complaint with the State about all these issues. An inspector came out and advised them that they had to repair and exterminate the rats . Well I prepay my rent so they can’t evict me . So they used a scare tactic by placing on a blank piece of paper THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I have enough attorneys in my immediate family and 2 Federal Judges who are my uncles in the Federal court in Miami, I knew immediately this was a bogus paper . I contacted the state of Florida about what they did, o notify my uncles immediately and they notified the state on what was going on ,They now have the copy of the bogus letterhead and they are going to be investigating this matter. Under FL law a landlord cannot take retaliation cause you are using your rights to complain about the bldgs and what they are doing is illegal in FL, I advised the State of what they did. The state will be looking into their evictions as they may have done this to others, they advised me if they did it again to call their offices and the State will take legal matters against this management company . By FL law they need to exterminate every year they have never exterminated these bldgs we even have termites , I advised them they never have exterminated and they barely maintain the bldgs . The state will be coming to see how these bldgs are kept and will be notifying the local agencies to come see these bldgs . I was biten by a rat and I have to pay my Medical bills due to their negligence . The health Dept Reported them when I went to the hospital and will be coming to see these bldgs as they are a health risk .. what they are doing to me is discriminatory harassing and they are trying to do an illegal eviction which I already notified the State of this .
