ELLM: Early Literacy Learning Model The ELLM curriculum fosters cognitive development by focusing on literacy, math, science, technology, hands-on experiences, and health. ELLM helps children to expand their vocabulary and develop a deeper understanding of the words and phrases they use. Children are exposed to a print-rich atmosphere in our classroom libraries and writing centers. As part of our ELLM program, the four-year-olds are prepared for kindergarten through journal writing and sight word practice.
