On april 18 dr D'Jesus performed a breast lift with implants. I was originally scheduled with another dr but dr. D'jesus opened up and i was told she was the best at breast augmentation in the practice and it would be in my best interest for me to go with her instead of my original dr. I couldnt speak with her about what i wanted until an hour before the procedure. She gave minimal advice and type or placement of implant, but did say she thought my breasts would hold 500cc implants. i didnt like going to the max capacity so we picked 450ccs so there wasnt a risk of my implant coming out. Her and her staff were very impatient and not friendly. My throat was scraped badly during surgery and i had 2 small holes in the stitches upon leaving. One under my aerola and one at the junction if my anchor scar under my breast. The day after surgery at my first post op appointment they took off my steri strips, something ive learned most surgeons discourage strongly since the strips support your stitches while healing. She told me to clean my incisions with peroxide and neosporin. Both of whih are not used in the surgical community regularly because peroxide kills good skin and neosporin causes pinkness that mimics infection if used regularly. I thought my second post op appointment was at 5 days since that was what i was told by her staff but she does that at 7 days and wouldnt budge on the date even though her staff were the ones that made the scheduling error. I had kids at home and my flight was scheduled for day 6 so i couldnt stay so they made me sign a page saying i was leaving against medical advice right after they pulled off my steri strips from my fresh, swollen sore breasts. I got nauseous, dry heaving and went into a little bit of shock but they still stuck the paper under my nose to sign. The post op center said they would follow up with me weekly but they only did at 2 weeks. I finally called as my holes were getting bigger and they said to keep putting the silver sulfadine on it. here we are at 6 weeks and my hole under my breast is opening, hole in the picture is currently the size of a nickel and letting my implant through, and its still growing while i find someone to fix them. Its literally falling ot of my breast. Confirmed by my dr here in town and killing the tissue beneath it. When I contacted them about the whole they said they were going to give me a referral to a wound care specialist since I live out of state and they never got back to me. The whole process has been awful and im terrified to go back to her to fix it. My entire experience was awful. Customer care, procedure, after care, as well as results. The only option now is to remove it and let it heal. So i will have spent 6k to be injured and now have to pay another surgeon to fix me. So i will be out over 10k at least

I had my bbl 360 in Nov 2022. I had Dr. Kegel preform my procedure. My complaint is I was scheduled for my surgery at 2pm. I did not get on the table until 9pm. They booked my surgery the same time with another women with the same doctor. Dr. Kegel did do his job, but why did he leave scars that was visible. Two on my babavk shoulders and one in the middle of my back. It's been a year now and I get pissed off everytime I see my back. I can't wear a spaghetti strap anything or a low cut dress.

BEWARE!!! This place just ripped me off. I had my worst experience when it comes to plastic surgery. I have done two sets of labs and a physical exam. Everything was all clear. Then they told me MEL ORTEGA can't do my surgery. He wants me to have an echocardiogram. I asked them where will I even go to have that done. It's a week before my surgery and Kaiser does not authorize test for outside surgeries which I gave them that in a email. They are still refusing to refund me my $1,000. Besides the fact I'm off work already for those days and already had a flight I booked plus I had to pay for a place to stay. I just feel like if he refuses to do my surgery cause he feels I'm at risk then give me back my money. I have already wasted time and other money I can't get back. BEWARE!!!!
