UHealth Fitness & Wellness Center is a 60,000-square foot facility located on the 9th floor of the University of Miami Don Soffer Clinic Research Center that houses the outpatient centers. The fitness area (15,000 feet) has over 100 state-of the-art cardio, strength, and group pieces of equipment. The studio for cycling, the class room for group exercise, and the Central Table Restaurant, which are open daily and serve daily fresh and healthy food. Towel service is also available for service users, as well as a Central Table restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also fully-equipped locker rooms that come with saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools but are temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
