ARMORVUE Window & Door

I cannot believe the 5 stars below with the experience we had and still is not resolved since Dec. 2021. They delivered a flawed/defective window. A rainbow-looking line across a 72" view window. They initially took 12-14 wks for the initial window and to replace the flawed window they had to redo 9 times. We waited patiently and were made aware the company was paid by the finance co. although they did not complete the job. It is another year later and a glass was brought in rather than a new glass in a frame so the fit is exact by the manufacturer. They refused. Brought a piece of glass that was poorly installed into the existing frame. The silver rim that runs between the 2 pieces of glass that help create the space volume between glasses was installed misaligned. We could see the back of the frame rather flushed evenly along the complete rectangular run of the glass and the silicone and you can clearly see the misalignment drop along the border rather than flush against the frame. Their reps who installed the window, Mike and Jeff and Ryan are well aware. Mike made a video of the problem. Said he spoke to his supv. at Armorvue. The middle man Zach of Architectural Eastern Systems (he works alongside the manufacturer Cardinal Glass and Armorvue). Zach came out to look and said he would talk to Armorvue and Cardinal to resolve the misalignment. 1 month later and no response from anyone. Frustrating..they have been paid the premium price of $3500. Armorvue stopped communicating with us when the first flawed window was installed. Keith L. the owner has been rude and direct that we will now have to go thru a warranty, placing the burden on us as new customers, although the problems originated from the uncompleted problematic initial installation. The reps, Zach, and Keith will not respond. This left us no choice but to place this review.

We used Armorvue Windows & Doors twice in the past 4 years. Rick has been our salesman both times. Rick is polite, informative & an asset to the company. Our double front doors are well made and beautiful. Our recent purchase was replacing old single pane windows with double pane windows. The installers, Osmar Jr. & Fabio, are polite, friendly & knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job & cleaned up each night of our 3 day install. I highly recommend Armorvue, Rick, Jr. & Fabio.
